Effective 26 September 2026 · Glazzz is operated by Maria-Ines Design Studio, doing business as Envisioned (the Netherlands) · Contact: hello@glazzz.wine
The short version: Glazzz helps you remember and choose wine. It's for adults, it's honest about being AI-assisted, and you can leave whenever you like. The longer version is below.
1. Who we are
Glazzz (the app at glazzz.wine) is operated by Maria-Ines Design Studio, doing business as Envisioned (the Netherlands). By using Glazzz you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Glazzz.
2. Who can use Glazzz
You must be of legal drinking age in the country where you live. Glazzz asks you to confirm this before you start.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password to yourself. One account per person.
3. What Glazzz is — and isn't
Glazzz reads wine labels and wine lists, learns what you like from your reactions, and suggests wines and food pairings. Many of these features use AI (see How we use AI).
Suggestions are for inspiration, not professional advice. AI can misread a label or get a detail wrong — always check the bottle itself, especially for allergens, and use your own judgement.
We don't sell wine and don't guarantee that a wine, price or vintage is available anywhere.
Please drink responsibly. Glazzz never encourages drinking more — only drinking what you actually like.
4. Your content
Your photos, ratings, notes and feedback stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run Glazzz for you, and to include them — anonymized and combined with everyone else's — in aggregate wine statistics, as explained in the Privacy policy.
Only upload photos you have the right to use, and nothing illegal, hateful or private about other people.
If you share your Taste Bud, anyone with your link can see it until you stop sharing.
5. Fair use
Don't misuse Glazzz. In particular, don't:
try to access other people's accounts or data, or our systems beyond what the app offers;
use bots, scripts or scrapers, or get around usage limits (there is a daily cap on AI requests to keep the service fair and affordable);
reverse-engineer, copy or resell the app or its content;
use Glazzz to break the law.
We may suspend or close accounts that do.
6. Premium
Label scans, ratings and sharing your Taste Bud are free. Premium adds extras such as unlimited wine-list scans and food pairings, and your whole cellar. The current features and prices are shown in the app before you pay.
Founding members get Premium free until 31 December 2026, with no card needed. Founding members can then keep Premium at the founder price for as long as their subscription stays active.
Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe in euros.
Cancel any time in Profile → Manage billing. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for; we don't charge again after that. There are no free-trial tricks.
If we change a price, we'll tell you before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer, including any right to withdraw from a purchase.
7. Changes and availability
Glazzz is a young product: features may change, and occasionally something will break. We work hard to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. If we make significant changes to these terms we'll tell you in the app before they take effect.
8. Liability
We're responsible for providing Glazzz with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for decisions you make based on a suggestion. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited — such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Leaving
You can stop using Glazzz and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete my account). We may end these terms if you seriously or repeatedly break them.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes go to the courts of Amsterdam. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
